Shipping and Returns


All orders placed on are processed within 1-5 working days. We ship out orders between Monday-Friday with our courier partner UPS/Royal Mail. Shipping time on average is 2-3 working days within the UK and the rest of the world is 3-10 working days depending on the location.

All things considered, most sneakers do show up sooner. If there are any delays with your order we will contact you regarding your order.

Some items are occasionally sourced from our reseller partners network. In these instances, your items will be firstly dispatched to our premises for a verification and authenticity check. Once approved and 100% authenticity has been ensured, your order will then proceed to be dispatched via tracked and signed delivery. This particular process understandably includes extra handling time especially during busy periods. Please allow 7 working days for your sneakers to arrive before contacting us.

Personal Trainerz LTD will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred on your order after your purchase has been made. Any fees or charges incurred by the delivery courier such as customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility and these charges generally vary depending on package weight, dimension, country origin, and also the destination country. 


Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. To initiate a return please use the CONTACT US page on our website. The amount refunded will be the full amount paid for the product/s excluding shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. Your order must be returned to us in its original packaging and also include all accessories that came with it.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a return or refund. 

We will not be responsible for the postage expenses of the return.

In the very unlikely event that you receive an incorrect size or product from us, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the order. This will then need to be returned to us so that we can rectify this and send you the correct item. Shipping costs on this occasion will be reimbursed, only if an incorrect or faulty product has been received.
